Hannah Anderson

Philosophy of biology, the environment, knowledge.

I’m a graduate student in philosophy at the University of California, San Diego.

I work at the intersection of philosophy, biology, and the arts. I am most interested in knowledge and ignorance in biology. I am also interested in the role of art in science.

Some current topics of interest within biology include the nature of scientific knowledge, scientific collaboration, Arctic ecology, Boreal forest ecology, conservation in temperate environments, and bat biology.
